At the end of 2002 John Parker put a large percentage of his Yeti collection up for sale- Here it is.

...also added, a few others from the Collection

Juli Furtado's

1990 world championship cross country bike. Unmolested, every part, tire, saddle, grip, the correct and original one. Julies factory Yeti C-26 carbon fiber bike with Doug Bradberry prototype Manitou forks. This is the best bike in my collection. Enough said.

Paul Tracy's

Kaiser Space Products Yeti thermo plastic bike. Complete. This is one of two complete bikes in the world. I believe Paul got one and ended up breaking it or losing it in a divorce, I can't remember. The other one was on loan to Zapata who let Chris race the think at the Mammoth Kamikaze. I think Chris stacked it into the crowd that day. That is the one I have, the Tooling for this bike cost $300.000 !!

John Tomac's

Factory Yeti C-26 frameset. The frame is the one the mighty Tomes rode a 6th place in the 1990 world championships in Durango after getting a flat tire

no pig picno big pic

Carolyn 'Curly' Curl

The Carolyn Curl's Yeti Lawwill downhill world speed record bike. This bike is complete with the studded tires an humongous paragon machine works chain ring. Also included is the custom high speed wind tunnel helmet she wore. Curly went something like 121 (98) miles per hour in France with this bike. However, a couple of days later with better weather another women competitor broke Curly's record. Nice Bike

FTW

Yeti original prototype ultimate frame. Frank the welder and Chris Herting and Myself worked on this project in Agoura Hills California in the late 80's. FTW was very fond of this bike and gave it a rather wild spray can paint job. Made of 4130 Chromo

John Parker's

Original chromoly hard tail that he made in 1984

Aaron Cox's

Original moto cruiser. (see History) The Bicycle Bob's original creation. This bike won Victor Vicente's Reseda to the Sea race in 1982. Aaron beat Ned Overand and every other big dog on that day. His prize was an owl jerky sandwich and a jar of home grog, and a trophy that Victor had won in 1959 at the Pan-American games. This bike is complete with Campy, TA, Weinman parts. All original, pre Yeti.

Allsop.

A Yeti Prototype-Allsop. In 1990 John Tomac asked Yeti to build him a prototype Yeti Allsop bike. Tomac was considering offers from the Allsop people serious enough to have Yeti to build this prototype. Johnny's deal never went through with Allsop. The bike sat buried at Yeti for years until some friends in Special Effects said they needed a bike for this whacked out movie they were doing "Natural Born Killers". If you watch close the poor fella who gets killed riding a bike is on the Yeti Allsop prototype made to look like a tri bike

Rory O'Reiley's

24" Wheel Kilo Bike that we built for this Olympian. It's pretty bitchin with all the Hed Wheels, custom Ringle hubs and flat bladed titanium aero spokes, cook brother cranks, paragon monster chainring and speed play pedals. Still very rideable and raceable

Prototype

Kaiser frame, this is the Prototype to the 2 production(?) Kaiser frames that were built at huge cost in the early 90's

John Tomac's

24" Wheel PRO FRO.

Womens Yeti

Built at the Durango factory for Linda Parkers Mother.

Myles Rockwell frame

Ridden to Victory ahead of the Uk's Jason Mcroy at the 1993 Reebok Eliminator TV race. Frame with Ringle seat Q/R

Zephyr

John Parker's personal Yeti Zephyr, as seen in the 1995 anniversary brochure

ROAD

John Parkers Road Project, HED Rims and Ringle parts mark this out as a Classic.
